1. Do I need a referral from a medical doctor?

Nope! You do not need any prescription or referral to receive treatment by our chiropractors. However, some insurance companies may require a physician’s referral, so it is best to check with your respective insurer.

2. I live in Sudbury, but far away from the city center, will I still be able to receive care?

Of course! While we generally service a radius of 15km from the city center, home visits further than 15km from Downtown Sudbury may incur additional travel costs. Please contact us for more information.

3. Do I get to pick which chiropractor I see?

The world is your oyster! You have the option to choose whichever chiropractor you feel most comfortable with. That is one of the perks of our business! Can't decide? Schedule a complimentary 15 minute meet and greet with one or both practitioners to see who is more your style.

4. What do I wear for the appointment?

While we appreciate your effort to dress to impress, it is not necessary for our appointments. Since your appointment will include assessment and treatment of your area of concern, functional movement assessment, and exercises, it is recommended to wear comfortable clothing or what you may wear to the gym. It is also important that we are able to properly assess and treat the area of concern so suggested clothing may be:

  • For injuries of the lower body, wearing shorts or pants that can be rolled up over the knee are preferable.
  • For injuries of the upper body, t-shirts or tank tops are preferable.

5. How do I get my home or office space ready for the appointment?

Since our business brings quality healthcare to you, there are some requirements we ask of you before we enter your home.

Please ensure the outdoor walkway to your home is accessible for our team, this can include but is not limited to, having available parking, clearing pathways of snow/ice, and proper sanding/salting. We reserve the right to deem walkways unsafe and will result in a no show/missed appointment and charged as such. Please contact us prior to your appointment if you are unable to properly clear pathways to discuss alternative options.

Please clear a space within your home for us to set up our treatment tables with space to work around it, around 6 feet by 10 feet is recommended. This area should be free of debris, animals, and tiny humans :). Ideally, pets should be kept away from the treatment area.

NOTE: we will not enter or provide treatment in personal bedrooms so please direct us to an appropriate area.
