We are a Sudbury based team that sets up in the Markstay Golden Age Senior Citizens Club 1-2 times a month to provide our services.
Our availabilities are subject to change as we navigate this new venture.
Appointments can be made by phone, email, or by using our online booking feature. After your inital visit is booked, we urge you to please fill out the intake forms that will be emailed to you. This streamlines the process and leaves more time for a potential treatment during the first appointment.

Fees
NEW PATIENT ASSESSMENT: $100 / 60 minutes
An initial assessment is required for all new patients and includes filling out intake forms, a clinical history, physical assessment, explanation of the diagnosis, and a treatment (if time permits).
SUBSEQUENT TREATMENT: $60 / 30 minutes
A comprehensive treatment including any combination of adjustments, joint mobilizations, soft tissue therapy, laser therapy, acupuncture, rehab exercises/stretching, patient education, etc.
ORTHOTICS ASSESSMENT: $0 / 30 minutes
A comprehensive assessment and foam impression of your feet. A non-refundable deposit of $150 per pair of custom orthotics will be required before your order is submitted. A follow up appointment will be scheduled to dispense your orthotics once they arrive.

2 Pairs = $800
Payment
Payment is collected after each appointment.
We accept debit, credit, and exact cash.
We email our invoices for you to claim through your insurance. We do not directly bill your insurance.
